Dream Interpretation: Camera

Visitor's Dream: 'I'm having repetitive dreams, many I don't completely remember them all but they all go the same way.
Here are two I remember that are alike:

The first dream I had, I'm in Japan/China (in my dream I felt like I was in both places at once) with my family and we're walking around, my family is mainly looking at shops and so forth. I notice that we're right next to the Great Wall of China and a mixture of Shrines and Temples with Geisha walking around them with Cherry blossoms and really green grass, and it all looks really beautiful and I realise I've forgotten my good camera so I can't photograph it, and I ask Mum whether I can go back to the hotel to get it but she says no and we keep walking and looking at shops and everything sort of becomes dingy, like the inner cities of China with shanties and so forth, so I'm disappointed.

The second dream I had, I was with my bestfriend (we plan to travel) and we're climbing the Himalayas (not very logical, but in my dream it was the Himalayas)and we finally get to the top and the view is absolutely breathtaking, it's cold and the sky is so blue, and the snow and ice all reflects the sky and it just looks amazing, and once again I realise I've forgotten my good camera but this time, we climb down, get my camera, and climb back up again but the sky has turned grey and cloudy and everything looks dark, and I'm once again disappointed.'

Hey,
the themes of these dreams suggest you are ambitious (eg elevated locations in both dreams) and that you can see and appreciate the end result (beauty and surrounds) but that upon getting where you want to be you arent equipped to take advantage of what you see. That you are missing something. That you need something better. I believe these dreams are attempting to awaken you to the concept that you are not taking the opportunities presented and the things in your life you could be grateful for. It would seem you are chasing something better and as a result, by chasing, you miss what you could have had.

i know i definately take things for granted, mainly materialistic things rather than opportunities in my mind. i don't find myself always after something better, apart from wanting to move away from where i live. maybe i'll find myself disappointed when i finally do get away from where i live?

Imagine this: Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, you currently have will no longer be when you move. That in mind, will you miss any of it? If so, cease taking it for granted... capture the moment.
