Dream Interpretation: I Need help

Visitor's Dream: 'I was in the school and i was in 6th period doing my test then my ex-boyfriend came and he sit infront of me and trying to make me seeing him but i was so nervouse to at his face. So he was looking at me the whole time and i was trying not to look at him cause i don't like him any more. He was reacting a way that i didn't like it. When i wake up i felt little scarry and nervous.
Please tell me what to do?'
