Hi,
I believe this dream is about a reluctance to put your name to things/something. In other words, a reluctance to commit to matters that you perceive may not turn out for the best. A desire exists to commit which is why you feel frustrated in the dream. It is, I believe, attempting to highlight either a wish that you do or dont want to commit to something in waking life but perhaps fear the outcomes.
